Field Trip discount policies
Anyone can come to the event without pre-registering for $5/person, but if you want a discount, and you are willing to make a single payment, you can preregister and skip the line when arriving. If you are a single family, please do not use this form, we have a family price of $20 that is usually better than a field trip discount. If you want each family to pay their own way, don’t use this form. This pre-registration is for groups of 10 people or more only.
All visitors to Living History Days need to fill out the liability waiver. Please download it and have the parent or guardian of each child sign it. When you arrive at the event, there will be a place to drop off the completed waivers.
No refunds will be given for field trips that are cancelled. Registration for field trips will close 7 days before the event starts (April 17, 2026). If you have additional people on the day of the event, or you fail to register in time, you are still welcome to attend at the regular price of $5 per person. If you sign up for a field trip, and then realize you have more people, just come back and sign up again for the additional participants.
This registration is for FRIDAY April 24, 2026 only. If you are planning on coming on Saturday April 25, there is no need to preregister, as Saturdays are less busy.

After clicking “Email Invoice”, an invoice will be generated and emailed to you. You can pay it online, or forward it to the person who handles payments in your school.
